The Course

Founded in 1975 and renowned for it's relaxed atmosphere and warm, friendly welcome,The West Berkshire Golf Course is a mature, downland, 7,001 yard championship length course built on a gently undulating chalk plateau with stunning views over the Berkshire Downs. Visitors are welcome during the week and weekends by arrangement.

The course's natural geology combined with the latest irrigation ensures that the course is playable all year round. A dedicated team of course management experts groom the course to perfection aided by the most modem equipment.

With 4 tee positions, the course has been designed and constructed to a standard of excellence that will test and reward golfers of all abilities. But try not to be too intimidated by the 5th. hole, one of the longest holes (627 yards) in Southern England.
